How to Find Your Product Key
When you first purchase RenderAlert, you should receive an email from “no-reply@app.renderalert.com” with your purchase and license key information. Try searching your email inbox for emails from “RenderAlert”, and locate the original order confirmation email that contains your license key.
The quickest way to locate your license key is by using our License Key Lookup page. Simply enter the email address you used to purchase a RenderAlert subscription, and hit submit. If any license keys are associated with the email address entered, we will send a message to that address with your license key information.
If you are still unable to locate your license key, or no longer have access to the email that you used originally when purchasing RenderAlert, please contact us and a member of our team will assist in recovering your license key.
